A pace that works is markedly not, a pace that is as fast as possible, a pace that keeps up with the pack, or even a pace that informed by our former selves.

A pace that works is a pace that is sustainable, that is contextualized, that allows us to keep going for as long as we want.

Thankfully, a pace that works is’t just for running. It’s likely the case that everything we do could be improved if we allowed ourselves to alter the speed we’ve been traveling.
