Doing it because is the quickest way to do something you don’t want to do. Doing it because ensures that what you end up doing is the worst version of what you could be doing. Doing it because is spending your entire life doing things that other people want you to do. Doing it because is staying put when the going gets tough.

So, forget the because.

Do it when there is no because. Do it even when you don’t know why you’re doing it. Do it even when you don’t know how to do it. Do it even when you don’t know what you’re doing.

Do it before they tell you that you can’t. Do it when you’re scared, tired, broke, or lonely. Do it before you tell yourself it’s impossible. Do it even if you have to do it alone.

You can do it. So just do it already.
